Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, ph794 will return any verified account balance to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees.

ph794 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph794 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
